Starting the Westholland blog

It is my honor to start a regular blog with news and info from Westholland! From

now on the WFIA team will keep you posted about big and small happenings in the region, about interesting visitors from other countries, new companies and events happening here.

Last week members of our team paid a visit to YES Delft, an incubator for technical companies in Delft. We work closely with them because we regularly bring new young international companies in contact (Photo left).

Other team members were present at the opening event of the new Expat Desk in Leiden by alderman Marc Witteman (photo right). A tax advisor updated us on the latest rulings, like the patent box on income from innovations from which the tax rate went down from 10 to 5%. Good news for innovative companies.
