According to the Chinese Lunar calendar the Year of the Tiger will start on 14 February 2010 . The start of the New Year is based on the cycles of the moon. This year will be the year of the golden Tiger, the sign of the Tiger stands for courage. The Chinese New Year also called Spring Festival is the most important holiday for Chinese people.
